We arrange player development programs for young footballers in Brazil
SM&DSI has representatives in Brazil, Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Germany, Holland, Israel, Turkey, Canada, USA and we work with Football Clubs in these countries.
While working closely with clubs and football federations, we are always studying trends in modern professional football and management. We are carefully monitoring dynamics of development and changes within transfer regulations of confederations, countries' football federations and in clubs' transfer policies.
Our representatives are closely and constantly cooperating with clubs, providing with quality services of searching and selecting players, arranging scouting visits to watch training and games.
We are carefully considering clubs' requirements for specific positions and thus we are selecting and offering players while providing with accurate and specific information necessary for quality consideration of candidates.
Our company is representing clubs and enters into negotiations on specific players' transfer terms.
Upon agreement with clubs, we are organizing tryouts of specific players, as well as we are participating in negotiations on organizing and arranging international friendly games and tournaments with the showcase and tryouts purposes.
While representing professional footballers and coaches, we are ensuring their support on negotiations with clubs. We are also working with official players' agents and agencies, to ensure players representation on signing contracts with clubs. Together with our regional representatives, we are monitoring career and success of our clients, continuing our further cooperation and support.
SM&DSI is organizing and arranging programs on youth footballers' development with their placements into top professional clubs in Brazil. Programs are set up for different duration and upon preliminary agreement can be designed for 1,3,6 months or for 1 year, and longer. For the most talented young players, there are opportunities to be noticed by professional coaching staff and investment groups with further possibilities of negotiating professional contracts. Within the program SM&DSI/ Armandinho Skills Development at Cruzeiro E.C. and Fluminense F.C., young players participate in full training process of their age group and their level.
For professional coaches, as an upgrade of qualification and exchange of experience, we are offering apprenticeship at top level clubs, where coaches have possibilities to witness all stages of training process, observe practices, tactical sessions, recovery process, visiting official matches, scout players.

SMDSI is working with Armandinho Skills Development at Cruzeiro E.C. and offering to young players a choice of 1 moths, 60-day, 3-month and Year-Long programs.
These programs are designed to learn and improve skills of young football talents.
Under supervision of qualified personnel and with consistent trainng approcah at Cruzeiro, players will experience real Brazilian Football.

SMDSI is working with Sao Paolo F.C. based in São Paulo State, Brazil.

SMDSI is working with Coritiba Foot Ball Club from Curitiba, Paraná.
It's the state's oldest football team.
